1.The product must be
unused. We do not accept used, worn, and washed products. The product must not
have any flaws.
2.The product must return with the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, instruction sheets, and invoices.
3.The product must return in the original and undamaged packaging/box. Additional tape or stickers can't be used on the original packaging/invoice.
4.While purchasing if the product comes with a gift, the gift must be returned along with the product in original condition.
5.If discount or promo code is used while purchasing, the refund amount will remain the same as purchased amount.
6.The return request must be initiated within 7 days after received the product.
WOADI will take the
return and do refund/replace only for the below-mentioned reasons.
1.If the purchased product is not the same as described on the website.
2.If the product delivered damaged or defective, incorrect or incomplete.
3.If WOADI unable to process the order.
4.If the product lost during delivery.
Exceptional requests will be considered by WOADI management.
If the aforementioned return conditions are fulfilled and a return request is made obeying the return policy. WOADI is obliged to take the return.
For electronics product, device, and accessories policies may vary as per the merchant/distributor's business policies.
The promotional campaign may or may not follow this policy.

Return and Replace
WOADI has opened both ways of Refund and Replace. Any customer will have the right to avail of both privileges.
Refund and Replace procedure
Once the product is delivered, Refund/Replace options will be visible in the customer's WOADI dashboard. This option will be visible for 7 days, customer to initiate Refund/Replace order within 7 days and get the product to WOADI delivery partner. Delivery partner to get the product to WOADI office. WOADI is to Refund/Replace the product within 7 working days of receiving.
